With over 20 years in the banking and financial services industry, Khaled has worked across Asia, the Middle East, and North America. His expertise spans Financial Compliance, Fraud Management, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Testing, and Cybercrime. Khaled has a proven track record with Standard Chartered Bank, Mashreq Bank, and Laurentian Bank Financial Group. He also provides Financial Services Consultancy and holds the CFE designation.

Durdana is a PhD holder in Natural Resource and Environmental Management from the University of Manitoba, with over 20 years of experience. She excels in project management, qualitative research, natural resources consultancy, and training facilitation. Durdana is known for her organizational skills and dedication to equity, diversity, and inclusion, creating environments where everyone feels valued and heard.

Sonia V. Josserand-Mercier

Communication Specialist

Sonia brings over 25 years of experience in communications, management, and the design and facilitation of participatory workshops and trainings for various audiences. With a robust international background from the UN system, she is eager to assist organizations with both internal and external communication production and management. Additionally, Sonia offers specialized skills in electoral operations and has a sound experience in translating content between English and French.

Shamima Begum

Operational Excellence Specialist

With more than 22 years of experience in strategy & project management industry, Shamima has successfully overseen projects with a culminated value of over $1 billion across different industries in Asia and US. Shamima holds a PMP certification from Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, and an approved PMP Exam Preparation Course Provider since 2010. She is also a Master Trainer in Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Lean manufacturing processes and a certified Scrum Master through Scrum Alliance, USA.
